Arrest Record
If you have been charged with a criminal offense, you officially have a criminal record. This is true even if the charge was withdrawn, stayed, or subsequently dismissed. The outcome of your trial is irrelevant. Once you are charged at all, a record is kept on file, along with fingerprints, photos, and any other form of pertinent information at the time of your conviction.
Pardons Direct can petition the arresting police force by means of a Pardon to destroy the information they are keeping on file, and to remove your criminal record from the CPIC database.
The Pardon Application fee is $485.00 (also available in monthly instalments).

Discharges
A discharge is classified as a guilty verdict where the Court decides not to convict you because of special circumstances. This conviction does, however, remain on your criminal record. A Pardon will rid your criminal record of discharges at the time it is granted.
The Pardon Application fee is $485.00 (also available in monthly instalments).

Criminal Record Search
A criminal record search with the Canadian Police Information Centre (CPIC) is included in the price of our Pardon Application services. The CPIC holds all information including your convictions, discharges, and charges. If you want to do a criminal record search on its own, a separate fee applies. This process take 8 to 12 weeks.
The Criminal Record Search fee is $135.00.
